Chemical and biological engineering faculty members were among those honored at the College of Engineering 2015 Convocation.
Among those recognized for new named faculty positions:
• Dr. Wenzhen Li, Richard Seagrave professorship.
• Dr. Kaitlin Bratlie, Michael and Denise Mack Fellow
Those recognized for patent awards were:
• Dr. Robert Brown, CBE professor, for selective temperature quench and electrostatic recovery of bio-oil fractions
• Dr. Balaji Narasimhan, for antimicrobial ployanhydride nanoparticles
Faculty and staff award recognition went to:
• Dr. Monica Lamm, Superior Engineering Teaching Award
• Dr. Balaji Narasimhan, D.R. Boylan Eminent Faculty Award for Research
