Mallapragada elected Fellow of AIMBE

Professor Surya Mallapragada was elected a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) for her distinguished contributions to medical and biological engineering as well for demonstrated interest, concern, and involvement with critical issues affecting these fields. She will be officially inducted on March 2, 2006 at the National Academy of Sciences in Washington, DC.

Mallapragada is the second ISU CBE faculty to achieve this honor; Jackie Shanks is the first.
