CBE’s Graduate Seminar Series presents Kaoru Ikuma, Dept. of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering, Iowa State University, with “At the interface of microbiology and environmental contamination: Combatting antibiotic resistance genes, harmful algal blooms, and pathogens for public health protection.” Graduate Seminar Series presentations are part of the required curriculum for chemical engineering graduate students, but are open to all Iowa State University faculty, graduate students, post-doctoral researchers and scientists.
